Service conditions

Trigger: 5 cm or more, measured on site.
Season: November 15 to April 15, up to 25 visits. Signing up mid-season: price and visits reduced on a pro-rated basis.
Payment by credit card, in 1, 3 or 5 equal instalments. The total is the same.
We notify you of our visit. No guaranteed delay.
Not offered: driveways, roofs, machinery, commercial parking lots.
Prices before taxes. Applicable taxes, if any, are added to the invoice. No hidden fees: everything that can change the price is on this page. $10 from every contract goes to our neighbourhood clean-up fund.

Beyond 80 m², we prepare a quote based on actual working time. Our service is shovel-based: larger driveways take more time, so they cost more.

What the service includes, and its conditions

  • Trigger: a snowfall of 5 cm or more (total accumulation for the event, measured on site).
  • Season: November 15 to April 15, up to 25 visits included per season (prorated if you sign up mid-season). Additional visit: $25 (Essential), $32 (Comfort), $40 (Serenity).
  • Visit timing: based on our availability and the order of plan sign-ups; we let you know when we're coming.
  • Payment: credit card only. ANNUAL plan: 12 monthly payments. WINTER plan: 5 payments, November to March.
  • Price: before taxes. Applicable taxes, if any, are added to the contract.
  • Pay-per-visit: you contact us when it snows; we come based on our availability, after plan customers. No commitment, no guaranteed timeline.
  • Not currently offered: roof snow removal, large commercial parking lots, snow blower or heavy machinery.
  • This estimate is not a contract. A written contract, with the final price, is provided before any commitment.
